The bill (Reg. No. 2072a) suggests amend the laws “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” and “On the Status of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine” and provide for pension insurance of former members of the Cabinet of Ministers and the people’s deputies on equal bases and in the order determined by the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance”.
It is suggested amend a number of laws, particularly, the laws “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance”, “On State Service”, “On Service in the Bodies of Local self-Government”, “On Diplomatic Service”, “On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity”, “On the Status and Social Protection of Citizens-Victims of Chornobyl Disaster”, “On State Social Assistance to Persons not Entitled to Pension or Disabled”, etc.
